What you need before starting

Just two things:

  1. A commercial license in Kuwait — required to accept payments and operate legally.
  2. An email address— to create your account and sign in.

That's it. No credit card, no approval process, no waiting period.

Setup steps

Follow these five steps in order. Each one builds on the last:

  1. Create your account and name your store — sign up, set your brand name, upload a logo, and pick your store URL.
  2. Add your first branch — set up the location where orders are prepared and fulfilled.
  3. Connect payments — link a payment provider so customers can pay at checkout.
  4. Set delivery fees — configure per-governorate delivery fees or connect Armada.
  5. Add products and go live — build your catalog, set prices, and flip the switch to open your store.
