See how your store is performing.

Where to find it

Open Financialsin the sidebar. It appears after your store receives its first order. Every report has a date range picker at the top — select a start and end date to filter the data.

Overview

A high-level snapshot of your business for the selected period:

  • Net Sales— total revenue after discounts and refunds
  • Net Collected— actual money collected from paid orders
  • Orders— number of completed orders
  • Average Order Value— net sales divided by order count

Revenue

Detailed revenue breakdown:

  • Gross Sales— total before any deductions
  • Net Sales— after discounts
  • Net Collected— after refunds

Below the main numbers you will see breakdowns by branch, channel (delivery vs. pickup), and payment method.

Orders

Order-focused analytics: total orders, completed count, cancelled count, completion rate, and a daily trend chart.

Products

Your top-selling products ranked by revenue and units sold. Use this to spot best sellers and items that might need a promotion or price change.

Customers

Your top customers ranked by total spend and order frequency. Useful for identifying your most loyal buyers.

Check Revenue weekly to spot trends early. Check Products monthly to see what is selling and what is not.
