Team Members
Invite your team and control access.
Roles
Every team member has a role that determines what they can see and do:
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to everything, including billing. That's you. |
| Admin | Everything except billing. |
| Manager | Orders, inventory, and customers. |
| Cashier | Orders only. |
Invite someone
Go to Settings → Team and click Invite Member. Enter their email address and pick a role, then send the invite. They receive an email with a link to join your store.
The invitation link expires in 7 days. If they do not have a Derah account, they can create one directly from the link. You can resend or cancel pending invitations from the Team page.
Managing members
Change a member's role or remove them anytime from the Team page. Changes take effect immediately. The owner cannot be removed or downgraded.
Free plan
The free plan includes 2 team members (including you). Need more? Upgrade your plan from Settings → Plans & Billing.
