Orders
Manage orders from the moment they arrive.
When an order comes in
New orders appear in Sales → Orders with a Pending status. Each row shows the customer name, items ordered, total amount, and whether it is a delivery or pickup order. Click any order to open it.
Order statuses
Orders move through a simple flow. Click the status button on the order to advance it to the next step.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Just placed. Waiting for you to start. |
| Preparing | You're working on it. |
| Ready | For pickup: customer is notified. For delivery: ready for the driver. |
| Completed | Done. Order is closed. |
| Cancelled | Cancelled by you. Cannot be reopened. |
Payment
Orders are paid online before you see them. By the time an order lands in your dashboard, the customer has already completed payment.
Payment status shows as Paid when money has been collected, or Refunded if you processed a refund.

- Customer info— name, email, and phone number

Fulfillment
Delivery orders: if you use Armada, a driver is dispatched automatically when you mark the order as Ready. If you use your own delivery team, hand the order to your driver and mark it Ready yourself.
Pickup orders: the customer is notified when you mark the order as Ready. They come to your branch to collect it.
Refunds
Open the order detail page and click Refund. The refund amount goes back to the customer through the original payment provider. Any inventory that was deducted for the order is automatically reversed.
Scheduled orders
Customers can place orders for a future time slot. These appear in your order list with a scheduled time badge showing when the order should be ready. Prepare them when the scheduled time approaches — they follow the same status flow as regular orders.
