Plans & Billing

What you get and how to upgrade.

Free plan

Every store starts on the free plan. It includes:

  • 1 branch
  • 25 products
  • 2 team members (including you)
  • Unlimited orders— no caps on how many orders you process

Derah does not charge transaction fees on any plan. The free plan is not time-limited — use it as long as you need.

When to upgrade

Upgrade when you need more branches, more than 25 products, more team members, or advanced features like custom domains.

How to upgrade

Go to Settings → Plans & Billing and select the plan you want. Your new limits take effect immediately.

Billing cycle

Paid plans are billed monthly. Each cycle generates an invoice you can view and download from the billing section.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Your store reverts to the free plan and all your data — products, orders, customers — is kept for 30 days. During that time you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off.
