Customers

Every customer who orders creates a profile automatically.

How it works

Customers are created when they place their first order. Their name, email, and phone number are captured from checkout. No manual entry needed — every customer in your list is a real buyer.

Customer list

Navigate to Customers in the sidebar to see everyone who has ordered from your store. Use the search bar to find someone by name, email, or phone number.

Customer detail

Click any customer to view their profile. At the top you will see summary stats: total orders, total spent, and member since date.

The detail page has two tabs:

• Orders— complete order history with order number, status, total, and date. Click any order to jump to its detail page.
• Addresses— saved delivery addresses including area, block, street, building, and any delivery instructions.
