Delivery

Set your delivery fees and choose how orders get to customers.

Delivery fees

Every branch that offers delivery needs per-governorate fees. Go to Settings → Branches & Delivery, edit your branch, and open Delivery Areas & Fees.

You'll see all six Kuwait governorates listed. Check the ones you deliver to and set a fee in KWD for each. Customers will see the fee for their area at checkout.

This is required whether you deliver with your own staff or use Armada. Toggle individual governorates on or off — if you don't deliver to Jahra, disable it and customers from that area won't see delivery as an option.

How delivery works

You have two options. You can use either one or both:

Own delivery

No extra setup needed beyond the fees above. When a delivery order comes in, you prepare it and deliver it with your own staff or a third-party courier. You manage the logistics — Derah collects the address and the fee.

Armada

Connect your Armada account in Settings → Branches & Delivery → Connect Armada. Armada handles driver dispatch, real-time tracking, and delivery confirmation. Customers see an estimated delivery time at checkout.

Armada charges per delivery from a prepaid wallet — this cost comes from your Armada balance, not from the customer. You can still charge the customer a delivery fee on top, or set fees to 0 to offer free delivery (you absorb the Armada cost).

See the Armada page for the full setup guide.

Pickup only?

If you only offer pickup, toggle Deliveryoff on your branch. Customers will see “Pickup” as the only fulfillment option. No delivery fees needed.

Fulfillment mode

Go to Settings → Store Settings → Regional → Fulfillment Mode. This controls what appears on your storefront:

  • Pickup & Delivery— customers choose either option at checkout.
  • Pickup Only— delivery is hidden from the storefront entirely.
  • Delivery Only— pickup is hidden from the storefront entirely.
Delivery fees and fulfillment toggles can be updated at any time. Start with what works now and adjust as your delivery coverage expands.
